Rental allowance

If you apply for rental allowance you will have to fill in certain amounts, which are based in your rental agreement.

The first thing they will ask for is the kale huur (basic rent). You will have to fill in the basic rental price of € 442,00 (Rental agreement, article 3.3, section a).

After that they will ask for four things. Below you will find them with the right amount you will have to fill in:

- Schoonmaakkosten voor gemeenschappelijke ruimten: €0,-
   Cleaning cost for communal area's.

- Energiekosten voor gemeenschappelijke ruimten: € 0,-

   Energy costs for communal area's.
- Kosten voor de diensten van een huismeester, flatwacht of buurtconciërge: 0,-

   Costs for a 24h caretaker.
- Kosten voor dienst- en recreatieruimten: 0,-.

   Costs for a service- and recreational area.

It might also be possible they only ask for one number regarding the service costs, you can then fill in €0,-.
