Sugar Homes: completely independent studio apartments for students. The studios are located at a perfect location, right outside of the city center of Groningen and accessible by bike or by car.
The studio apartments are located at Suikerlaan, at the Suikerunie terrein. This cultural hotspot is known by everyone. In the summer there are many festivals, but the location is also the home for many artistic people and artists. The Suikerunie terrein is in general a calm location, but with a lot going on.
The studios themselves are around 27 m2 (289 ft2) and fully equipped (furnished). Via the front door, you enter your own kitchen/dining room of 11m2. There is a bathroom located in the middle of the studio. Inside you will find a toilet, sink and shower. In the back of the space there is a spacious living/sleeping area (11m2) with access to your very own balcony or terrace, where you can enjoy the Groninger sun.
