Sugar Homes

As of August 1st, 2024, there will be several studios available at Sugar Homes. On this page, you can submit an application for accommodation for the year 2024/2025. If you are interested to rent a studio, you can download an intake form on this page. Please, follow the steps below carefully after you have downloaded the intake form. 
 

1. Read through the intake form and fill it in as complete as you can. 

2. Make sure you have the requested documents available and add them to the intake file by following the next step.

3. Merge all documents into one PDF file, for example via this website.

4. Send the intake form to this email address.

5. Wait until you receive a response.

Do not forget the requested documents from the Intake form, they are important for the rest of the procedure. Intake forms that do not have all the requested documents won't be processed.

After we have received your complete intake form, we will check if you match the criteria to rent a studio at the Sugar Homes. You will hear more from us about the further process, the rental agreement and check-in as soon as possible.

Please note: due to the great interest to rent a studio, we cannot process all intake forms and provide everyone from feedback unfortunately. To make it as fair as possible, we will randomly select a number of (complete) intake forms. If you are selected you will hear more from us by e-mail (Step 5). It makes no sense to send multiple messages.

If you didn't receive a response to your submitted intake form, you have not been selected unfortunately.
